spanmarkov.com, a sole proprietor (PE), registration code (EDRPOU) 91014122, registered at 12 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Business Center Horizon, Office 45, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, acts as a booking intermediary (agent) between travelers and third-party tour operators, accommodation providers and transport carriers. spanmarkov.com is not itself the organizer of package tours unless expressly stated in the booking confirmation. Where spanmarkov.com assembles a package, its liability terms follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/94-VR, Art. 20, which governs tour operator and travel agent activity.
2. Total Price Transparency
All prices displayed on spanmarkov.com include mandatory taxes, service fees and booking charges. Prices state what is included and what is not included (e.g. visas, insurance, equipment rental, resort taxes paid locally). Any additional costs payable locally are listed before booking confirmation. This reflects the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII (in the redaction of Law No. 2851-IX).
3. Booking, Availability and Accuracy
Availability is updated regularly but errors may occur. If a booked service is unavailable, spanmarkov.com will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund. A contract is concluded upon issuance of a booking confirmation (Public Offer Agreement acceptance).
4. Cancellation, Amendment and Refunds
Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the supplier's terms and are shown before payment. Refund procedures and complaint handling are described on our complaints and refunds page. Statutory consumer rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII apply.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
The traveler is responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance and compliance with health and entry requirements. spanmarkov.com is not liable for refusal of entry or carriage due to invalid documents.
