Booking and Refund Policy

spanmarkov.com, operated by PE Michael Bauer (EDRPOU 91014122), provides ski-holiday booking services to consumers in Ukraine. This policy governs bookings made through spanmarkov.com and is provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII, Art. 12.

1. Booking Process

To make a booking, select your package, complete the booking form, and submit your request. A booking is confirmed only after you receive our written confirmation and, where required under the Public Offer Agreement, full or partial prepayment is received.

2. Secure Checkout

All payments are processed through a secure HTTPS encrypted connection. We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout. The full price, including all mandatory fees, is always shown before you confirm payment.

3. Limited-Time Offers

Promotional offers are valid only until the expiration date stated on the offer. Once an offer expires, standard pricing applies. Expired offers cannot be honoured retroactively.

4. Free Cancellation and Flexible Booking

Packages marked "free cancellation" may be cancelled at no charge up to the deadline stated in your confirmation (typically 14 days before arrival). After that deadline, cancellation fees apply as set out in the Public Offer Agreement. "Flexible booking" terms allow one free date change subject to availability.

5. Refunds and Complaints

Refunds for eligible cancellations are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Complaints may be submitted to contact@spanmarkov.com or by phone at +380 734 058 7887. Consumers also have the right to lodge complaints with the State Consumer Service of Ukraine (Держпродспоживслужба).
