spanmarkov.com (PE, EDRPOU 91014122) acts as a booking intermediary for ski holidays and related travel services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not own or operate ski resorts, hotels, transport or lift systems. Contracts for travel services are concluded with the respective suppliers, and we facilitate bookings on the customer's behalf in accordance with our Public Offer Agreement.

2. No Guarantee of Snow, Weather or Slope Conditions

Information on snow depth, weather, slope openings, lift operations and resort conditions is provided for general guidance only. Such conditions change constantly and are outside our control. We do not guarantee the availability of slopes, snow cover or any weather-dependent service, and such factors do not by themselves constitute grounds for a refund unless required by applicable law or the supplier's terms.

3. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchasing winter sports packages obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering winter sports activities, including medical expenses, rescue costs, trip cancellation and equipment coverage. Insurance is not included in our offers unless explicitly stated. Customers are solely responsible for arranging suitable coverage.

4. Reviews and Content Sources

Reviews displayed on this website are sourced from verified customer feedback and third-party platforms. While we strive for accuracy, we do not independently verify all third-party content and make no warranty as to its completeness or reliability.

5. Destinations and Restrictions

We do not sell travel services to destinations subject to international sanctions or official travel restrictions applicable to Ukrainian residents. Customers are responsible for verifying entry, visa and insurance requirements for their chosen destination.

6. No Implied Endorsement

References to resorts, tourism boards or other organisations are for information only and do not imply endorsement, partnership or sponsorship unless expressly stated.

7. Liability and Complaints

Our liability for assembled travel packages is governed by the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/94-ВР, Art. 20, and the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII. Complaints may be directed to contact@spanmarkov.com or to the State Consumer Service of Ukraine.
